The Professional Review is the final stage for anyone wishing to achieve MCIOB status and we offer workshops for eligible candidates to progress to the Professional Review.
Your first step is to send your CV to Construction Management Training so that we can ensure that you have the relevant experience to continue with your Professional Review.
We need to ensure the students career history shows they have 3 years’ experience with an honour’s degree in construction or 5 years’ experience with another degree if not in construction.
Or the other route is via the Experienced Practitioner Pathway, where the student has completed the Chartered Membership Programme.
At the workshop, Dawn Parias FCIOB, will take you through the application process and paperwork, giving step-by-step guidance on how to complete the report and the supporting documentation/evidence required to accompany the application.
The workshop will inspire confidence in demonstrating that you have the right knowledge, skills and behaviour in the three key areas of competence:
Once you have completed the report, Dawn will mark it and advise where changes need to be made to comply with the CIOB marking system.
Once final changes have been made, we will pre-assess on behalf of the CIOB and submit your report to the Professional Review Panel for you.
The cost of our Professional Review is £790.00 plus VAT. This includes step-by-step guidance throughout the process, including pre-assessment support and submission to the CIOB.
Our Saturday workshops cost £890.00 plus VAT. This also includes step-by-step guidance throughout the process, including pre-assessment support and submission to the CIOB.
Existing CMT candidates who have completed their Chartered Membership Programme receive a £100.00 discount on these prices.
Professional Review report submission to us must be within 2 years of attending a workshop.
You need to attend 2 half-day Webex workshops or one full day if classroom based and details of our current workshop dates can be found below:
